Even if you don’t qualify for the 50%, you will qualify for a 10% incentive to buy energy star equipment.

- Have a complete home audit, inspection and energy consumption analysis.
- Have an ENERGY STAR labeled thermostat installed.
- Have all major defects and air leaks in the ductwork sealed or repaired.
- Have the contract and audit approved by CSG.
